My Sweet Boy Got A Much Needed Haircut Today At Thumbs Up. Jay Did An Amazing Job With Him And Was So Patient. He Screamed And Cried The Entire Time. I Felt For The Other People There Getting Their Haircuts. No One Seemed To Care And Told Robert What A Great Job He Did. I Loved That They Understood That This Wasn’t Easy For Him , And Put Their Comfort Aside. Highly Recommend Thumbs Up In Fitchburg 💇♂️💙 ✂️

The barber had a perfect touch, Knew the style that my hair grew, And always ask questions to make sure it comes out perfect! This is the type of service everybody loves to have when I come get a haircut. Ask for The barber with the “red hair”, He is a guy at cutting hair!! I’ll be coming back every time I need a haircut to this place without a doubt!

I always bring my boys here for their haircuts. All the barbers we have had have all been amazing and do very good work and always make sure u leave happy with the haircut u want! There is sometimes a little bit of a wait if u do a walk in, but they always have plenty barbers on hand and the wait goes by pretty quickly. They are also very patient with smaller children as well. When my youngest son was smaller, he used to be afraid of getting his haircut and they really did their best making him comfortable and gave very good haircuts. I definitely recommend this place!

I have came to this barbershop for a long time. This is were I have always brought my son's to get there hair cuts. Last week my youngest son just got his hair done and it came out awesome. All his friends at school complimented him on his new cut. Our family barbershop is the best!

My 2 year old had a hard time with sitting still and the barber had great patience with him. The haircut came out good for my son moving arnd all over the place. I'm hoping the next time will be smoother. I'm def. Gunna come with a haircut in mind cause I said to basically do w.e. an he did just that I feel like. Went back, my son didn't freak out from the sound of the air like he did last time. I was super happy though. With everything. Just went back a few weeks ago for my 13 yr old son. He was hesitant to get his haircut initially and didn't have any particular style in mind. We were both nervous, but Mr. Biggs made him so happy. Now he's more willing to keep up with his haircuts, but only he said if we go see Mr.Biggs. so thank youuu!! *Below is a before and after 😲😲
