I am SO glad I stopped here on a whim because this was honestly one of the best nail experiences I’ve had. I had never been before, saw it while driving by, and decided to treat myself after not getting my nails done in years. Best decision. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. I was even offered a beverage, which was such a nice touch. Both ladies were incredibly kind and welcoming. I’m not a big talker, and they respected that perfectly, but the laughs and light conversation we did have felt natural and comfortable. Just the right amount. Lee did an AMAZING job on my nails. She paid attention to every detail and happily fixed even the tiniest things without hesitation. You can tell she truly cares about her work. I absolutely LOVE my nails. I didn’t have an appointment and only had a short wait, which made this even better. If you’re looking for great service, a calm atmosphere, and nails you’ll actually be obsessed with, please check them out. I will 100% be back.

Been here twice now and literally will NEVER go to another place! They are so great here and go above and beyond to make sure my daughters and I get the nails and designs we are wanting!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO COME HERE!! ❤️ UPDATE: We went to a different nail salon in Andover just bec of the day we needed them done, and I regretted not waiting to just come back here! This place is STILL the ABSOLUTE BEST!

Leanna was very sweet and took the time to make me feel welcome. She did a very good job on my nails. I only wanted a manicure and she didn’t try to up sell me or make me feel like I needed more. She was very attentive and I will be back!

Loved Tip Top! Tammy got me right in and really listened to what I wanted and did such a fabulous job! They were so sweet! My pedicure was so relaxing and they really took their time to make it amazing! I’ll definitely be back!
