As a nurse and a mum it’s hard to find time to get my hair cut. I booked a haircut after a shift and was running late. When I called the staff to let them know, they were really polite and understanding. Ciah in Billericay cut my hair and she did an absolutely amazing job. I’m a very fussy person but she did everything I asked for and made my hair look stunning. The salon itself was lovely and clean with a genuinely lovely atmosphere with friendly, professional and polite staff. I’ll definitely be going back- highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Kayleigh did an amazing job changing the colour if my hair and offered so much advice. Jim's creativity and flair for cutting was second to none. I loved the welcoming, professional and friendly vibe in the salon. It was impeccably clean too.

Billy was so lovely. He was really friendly and welcoming. He advised me and was honest with me, I really appreciated that. He’s just a lovely guy in general. I’m really happy with the hair treatment he did today, I will definitely go back and see him again. Also all the other staff were lovely and friendly, giving me smiles as they went past ☺️ I only gave 3 stars for the finished look as I only had a rough dry. But I’m very grateful that Billy did that for me!

Had my hair done by Billy this week. He is absolutely amazing and always makes me feel very comfortable. He goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy with the service and I always am! Had a lot of compliments about my hair last couple of days
