The team are fantastic! From the moment you walk in, the salon shines! Everyone is super friendly and attentive, they take your coat and hang it, they offer you drinks and snacks, they check in while you are waiting on your dye to process. Super super thoughtful. It’s a very busy salon, but never have I had to wait for my appointment or to get my hair washed. Their day planning is spot on! Customers are always chatting with the professionals, having a laugh which makes the salon have a very happy atmosphere. I’ve been seeing Chloé since October last year and she is a super star. From a big hair chop to a meticulous Bob cut and now to hair dye, she is excellent. Chloé has always listened to what I hope to get done on the day and is super friendly! This last visit, I was after a different hair colour than what I had done before, and I trusted fully to go ahead and change and re-balance. I left the salon obsessed with my hair. Overall, a fantastic salon, full of incredibly talented professionals and wonderful atmosphere.
