I was really impressed with the service and the added luxuries like the hot towel, massage and beverages! Primrose was lovely and great at her job. She understood exactly what I wanted and wasn’t phased by my thick and long hair! I love the layers and bangs she cut in for me and she blow dried it perfectly. Unfortunately I waited 25mins as it appeared a consultation was squeezed in by Demi and took place next to where I was waiting. Once Demi got to me, Demi was patient and listened to what I wanted and really took the time. The girl who shampooed my hair hadn’t read the booking so didn’t do the hair treatment I requested on the booking. Demis cut was what I requested and I really liked the finished look.
