I am extremely happy with the level of service that I received on my first visit to the Didsbury store. A warm welcome by the person on the reception and by my stylist, Lauren. She made me feel completely at ease and listened to what I wanted in a cut. She was very informative about the other services the salon provides and gave me a patch test before I left, as I mentioned that I would love to come back for a professional colour. I left feeling like a million dollars and will be returning soon! Thanks for a great first experience (I am new to Manchester)

Everyone very welcoming on arriving, smiling and engaging. Offered a drink and had a lovely experience with Lauren - she was so friendly and chatty and I felt she genuinely cared about what she was doing. I trusted her which is hard with haircuts and curls, but with her having curly hair too I felt so reassured! She did what we discussed and she did a great job, I feel so pleased with my haircut and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much Lauren

Amazing customer service, great products used, lovely relaxing hair wash with massage chair. Super talented stylist Lou who was extremely comfortable working with my curly somewhat untamable hair and managed to cut and style it perfectly to my liking and as per the consultation we had prior to the cut. I have been looking for a hairdresser like Lou for years now with no luck so there will be no chance of me going anywhere else now I've found her!! I walked out of the salon feeling amazing and loved my new hair cut and style. I was already getting compliments by the afternoon too. Very happy customer.

The team at toni and guy didsbury are always so lovely and welcoming! They make you feel right at home and there is always such a fab atmosphere. I had a cut and colour and it has completely transformed my look, I got framing layers around the face and I can’t stop getting compliments.
