Professional through and through ! This was my first visit, I’m quite particular about my hair and requirements, and I cannot fault the service and the team ! Colour done by Poppy ( absolutely flawless and exactly what I had hoped for, although I struggled at times to describe what that is ! ), Jane gave me a fantastic haircut and blow dry ( I felt like a celebrity leaving ) and Esmi gave me the most relaxing scalp massage 💆♀️ felt like an absolute treat and very uplifting. Thank you everyone 🫶

Sophie with the red hair gave me the most wonderful T section of highlights this morning. She's so talented and a real natural with clients. We had a good chat while she was sectioning my hair. She's the best. Becky then dried and styled my hair and as always was absolutely fabulous My hair looks amazing! I'm so delighted - thank you ladies
