I felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment I booked my appointment with the main person in reception. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and my stylist (Natalie, I think)was both professional and approachable. The hair wash was a great experience — the chair was very comfortable and adjusted to my height, which made it even more enjoyable. Natalie was kind, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. She delivered a beautiful blow-dry that I was extremely happy with the end result. I will definitely return when I am next in Manchester.
