i saw kacey today and had some colour put into my hair. for a while i could never find a colour that seemed to suit me. i sat down with kacey and we shared ideas, the outcome was incredible!! i kept looking at myself and i honestly couldn’t believe how amazing my hair looked - kacey smashed it!! she was also really lovely and made me feel soso welcome! i will be booking again soon 🤍 (also thank you to kacey for taking the before and after pictures which i have inserted into the review, i had very grown out box dye before and you would not have thought it was the same person!!)

It was my very first time in Toni and Guy. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who enquires me about a good parlour in Newmarket. I really liked their customer service and I’m really satisfied and happy with my new look. I went there to get a hair spa and I promise this is one of the best spa experience I ever had. All the staffs were really friendly and welcoming and they also showed a positive response towards answering our concerns. Thankyou Toni and Guy and all the staff members specially the one who had done my hair spa today. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart ❤️.

From entering the clean and bright premises, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff, the wash and massage was amazing (the massage chairs are an added bonus!) Kacey, the lady who cut my hair, did an amazing job, the blow dry was perfect and she knew how to deal with my curly, frizzy mop! I left feeling like a new woman and I love my new cut!
