Keep in mind that I live two hours away from this nail salon. I have been to this nail salon 3 times. 1st trip… The owner greeted me at the front door with a big smile. I had a full set applied with gel. The nail technician did a good job because they lasted a long time. 2nd trip… The owner retired, but his niece is now running the nail shop. Her name is Tina and she is the one that applied a full set with gel. She felt like family. She talked to me the whole time and smiled. My nails lasted A good duration. I stopped in at a nail salon by where I live. I needed a fill and could not wait until I went to LA (big mistake). The man was extremely rude and lazy. The whole time he kept talking about money. He told me he can make more money doing pedicures. The nail salon was extremely dirty. The tools that they use they do not wash or sanitize. He didn’t even have me wash my hands. After he finished completing my fill on my nails… He only put a top clearcoat on my nails and told me I was done and that he needed to go do pedicures. I will never go back to that salon again. 3rd trip… I’m glad I went back to top nails. John was my nail technician and he fixed my nails that the man screwed up from by where I live. John took his time and was extremely understanding to what had happened. John had to remove both of my index acrylic fingernails because the man from the other salon sealed water in there and fungus was forming. The owner of the nail salon that is now retired came over to tell me hello. Tina also came over to tell me hello. This nail salon is worth driving two hours too. Everyone in the salon smiles and greets you. Thank you, John and Tina. I will be back!
