Today I had acrylic nails, with polish, done my Ellie. I haven't had my nails done for years so I was really looking forward to it. From the first contact to completion the whole process has been excellent. Ellie was great and we chatted throughout. My nails look and feel amazing - thank you. I will definitely be back.

Excellent service. Room is clean. Although I think the pillow needs changing. Room temperature is good as well. Over all experience- very good. The only downside is the noise from outside which makes me unable to reach the maximum level of relaxation.

I went to Total Balance to have my skin assessed as I'd been problems. Ellie took her time and explained all the products she was using, as well as the ingredients and how they worked. Came out with a prescription of everything that had been used and cost. Very pleased.

First massage after a very long break due to having kids, a full-time job and plenty of extra-curriculars which meant no me-time. And what an experience! Ellie could not be a nicer person, made me feel completely at ease and comfortable, the massage was great, the post-treatment advice - solid. I have booked further sessions and won't hesitate to recommend Total Balance to anyone willing to listen 🤣
