Helen is the most reassuring, lovely lady you could ever meet. This was my 2nd spray tan, and I was as nervous for this as one as the first (as it had been a year ago). We’re staying at Heathergate Lodges near Hexham for Christmas and after seeing another review on their booking site, I contacted Helen to try and arrange a massage visit here. Helen replied promptly and was so accommodating to the time and date we needed, even working on her usual day off to fit us in. There was three of us for massages, all with different wants and needs and Helen just couldn’t have been nicer! She is such a lovely lady and really knows her stuff - the massages were amazing and will definitely be the highlight of our little staycation. Couldn’t recommend this lovely lady more, she made us all feel so comfortable and the whole experience was amazing. 10/10 experience - I’d highly recommend! If we were more local we’d be making monthly appointments that’s for sure. Thanks again! ❤️

My first ever spray tan. It was great, I felt so relaxed and Helen explained everything before, after and during my treatment, the tan itself was flawless, and I was very pleased with the outcome. Will definitely go back. I highly recommend Helen.

I booked a back massage as a surprise for my wife's 40th birthday. Helen was very accommodating as it was quite last minute. My wife loved it and said she would 100% be coming back next time we visit Hexham. Just wanted to thank Helen. Highly recommend. My wife also said Helen was very knowledgeable and gave her advice for the future about posture etc

Helen did my makeup for a best friend’s wedding along with my friend and her mams. Helen was fantastic, very professional, came to our hotel, spent time with each of us and make sure our makeup coordinated with colours in our dresses. We were absolutely over the moon with the service & results. I would definitely recommend Helen from Total Beauty for any makeovers and if in the vicinity again myself wouldn’t hesitate to give her a call. Thanks Helen x
