Customer Reviews for Total Relaxation LLC By Rachel

I had such an amazing experience with Ms Rachel. She is wonderful, personable and professional. She took the time to greet me, get to know me, and ask why I was there so she could best serve me as an individual, which I really appreciated. It was such a breath of fresh air, as many businesses can feel transactional otherwise. The space is relaxing, beautifully designed, and instantly put me at ease. The massage itself was incredible, by far the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve gotten massages from several of the big chains. She definitely gained a return client in me and I will happily send anyone I know her way!

From the moment I walked into Total Relaxation , I knew I was in a special place. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and so beautifully curated it immediately put me at ease. What truly sets this spa apart is the owner, Ms. Rachel. She didn’t just provide a service she made me feel seen. In a world where self-care can sometimes feel rushed or transactional, her genuine presence and attention to detail made all the difference. I can’t wait to book again with my family and friends! Rachel truly gives one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. She’s extremely attentive to the body’s needs both physically and energetically and is able to create a beautiful caring and comfortable experience that is tailored to your exact needs. Her place is warm and inviting and her care and kindness radiate from the moment you meet her. I’m greatly looking forward to my next service with Rachel!

I have seen Rachel for at least 4 years for deep tissue massage for my athletic injuries. I play a lot of tennis and golf and I have found she is the best massage therapist in this area. She has very very good feel for tender points and sore areas and she is my go to person. I usually see her 1-4 times a month!!! But worth every penny! Sometimes I feel like talking and sometimes I don’t. Sometimes I want really deep and sometimes not so deep. She is very good at knowing what you need for that particular time. She is very professional and clean! She has gotten me through a lot of USTA state competitions and beyond !!! Thanks Rachel!

Rachel has magic hands and a wonderfully relaxing environment. I was greeted with a mimosa and Rachel's warm personality. The massage was A1. I will definitely recommend her services!!
