Love Town’s Nail & Skin Salon. I always have such a pleasant experience at the Salon from their scheduling staff to their technicians everyone is kind and welcoming and really good at nails. I regularly schedule appointments with Kim (GelX) and Tina (Gel or just clear mani) and I always leave with my nails looking perfect! Highly recommend!

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday, and I had the most pleasant nail experience ever. First major green flag, they actually have you wash your hands first! I’ve been going to a different salon, paying up to $110+ for full sets (to fix the full set that popped off a week before) and I just needed something new. While the spa is very small inside and tucked away, the intimacy of this spa really works in their favor. The employees here are so sweet and patient, and seem to enjoy their customers as well. They play some radio music which is really cute, and they have their color wall in front of you while you get your manicure done!! (Major points for other indecisive people like me!) I had Kim working on my nails and I got to talk to Giàng who was training. The ladies here really take care of your hands with pride, I swear she made my weak flimsy nails look white and strong after taking off my old set. Another big thing for me, if you get gel x, you know the glue brand / drying time really makes or breaks ur manicure. Kim did all of my nails one by one with a small precision UV light, and even was lifting my corners up to make sure everything dried evenly. Another employee even gave me a fresh orange and traditional Vietnamese snack. ❤️ They look so beautiful and are perfectly shaped to my other hand. Last note: while I was in here, there was a super disrespectful entitled customer, crying real tears because her navy blue fingers were slightly different than her navy blue toes. The ladies were offering to fix this for her, literally there was 2 brands with the same color name and same bottle. This woman was throwing a fit, speaking to the workers like they cannot understand English, and kept repeating she had to go to a dinner with her family and needed to get her uber!!! which takes 30 minutes!!! but also she was leaving for Mexico TOMORROW for 10 days!!! and life is crumbling apart !!!! Unfortunately, this customer was too focused on the problem, and not on how they could fix it. Pls start doing ur nails at home instead of verbally abusing normal people. Omg, she really made me roll my eyes. Anyway. The workers there handled this behavior with more class and grace than I could have mustered. Everyone was so respectful and understanding to the guest, even as she made faces and raised her voice. Love them here and will definitely be returning. ❤️❤️ Hope they get a bunch of happy customers

This is a great nail salon! I do think people need to calibrate their expectations though, because before going, I saw some negative reviews related to it being a busy nail salon. One of things others complained about did happen to me in that the day I went they were a little bit short-staffed and people kept coming in without having appointments (I don't really think either thing is really under their control!). I ended up having to wait a small number of minutes during one part of my manicure BUT I actually FAR preferred this to the usual outcome at other nail salons where try to rush my manicure to finish for the next client. I included a pic because I'm very happy with the outcome and think it was really worth it!! I even had a kind of complicated request because only a couple of my nails are builder gel with tips and the rest are just regular gel (also the cat eye which doesn't always turn out this nice!). Overall I thought the price was more than reasonable for what I got (also very honest, they told me exactly what each charge was without me asking), I thought the nail tech did an excellent job and better than what I got at the previous more expensive nail salon I went to, and will be returning! From my observation, everyone here works really hard and is skilled at what they do, and I really appreciated the result.

The salon was calm and not too busy on the morning I came in, which made it super relaxing. Maria was the nail tech who did my nails. She was gentle and didn’t use the drill, just as I requested. My nails have lasted for 2 weeks now.

I got a super-spontaneous appointment at Nails & Skin, and they extended their opening hours for me. That's really special, and I was very happy about it. Where else can you find that these days? When I arrived, the clean and beautiful studio on the top floor immediately won me over, and I immediately felt at ease. My wishes and needs were perfectly addressed, and my hands and feet were cared for exactly as I wanted. Hygiene is a top priority at Nails & Skin, as are quality and customer satisfaction. I received competent and very, very friendly service. I can absolutely recommend this studio and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the amazing sample of the foot cream. It was an all-around perfect visit! Thank you so much.
