Fantastic place to come relax, decompress, and enjoy. The energy is amazing! They have a plethora of options from cold plunging to float to salt cave, hyperbaric chamber, saunas and more to choose from! They are also extremely clean! Definitely a must try - you will not be disappointed!

Transitions Float Studio is truly a special place, and I feel genuinely grateful that something like this exists here. My husband and I did the sauna, cold plunge, and float therapy, and the entire experience was outstanding, and deeply calming, grounding, and restorative. From the moment you walk in, everything just feels right. The lighting is perfect: soft, warm, and intentionally calming, creating an atmosphere that immediately helps your nervous system exhale. The space feels homey and welcoming, and you can feel how much care and heart went into creating it. The sauna and cold plunge were invigorating, the float therapy was incredibly peaceful, and having access to red light therapy, massage chair, and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber all in one place is such a gift. It truly feels like a sanctuary for healing, recovery, and deep reset. What made the experience even more meaningful was the staff. They are genuinely kind, attentive, and caring, and they make you feel supported and comfortable every step of the way. You’re not rushed, you’re not treated like a number. You are truly cared for. It is a space that feels safe, intentional, and healing. We’ll absolutely be back.

In Fall 2022 I was diagnosed with traumatic brain injury at the Amen Clinics after 2 brain SPECT images. The Dr. recommended a hyperbaric oxygen protocol of 60-80 dives to heal my brain in addition to other protocols. Out of pocket would have cost $6-12 K with typical hyperbarics chamber. For years I couldn’t find an affordable way to follow it until now. This center runs one clean, quiet chamber and offers a membership package that finally made regular sessions possible. The staff are professional and caring, and I’ve already completed 35 sessions and my brain health and performance is like a miracle. Having access to a private chamber at a price I can manage has been a real breakthrough.
