I cannot say enough amazing things about Megan and this salon. I came in to see Leah for a full highlight, but when my hair didn’t turn out the way I had envisioned, I was honestly pretty emotional. Instead of brushing it off or rushing me out the door, Megan immediately sat down with me, talked everything through, and truly listened. She was calm, patient, and so incredibly kind. Not only did she reassure me, but she stayed late to fix my hair and made sure I left feeling confident and happy. The level of care and dedication she showed meant more to me than I can express. Her talent with hair is undeniable, but it’s her kindness and professionalism that truly set her apart. The entire salon team was also so supportive. The other stylists were unbelievably sweet — they checked on me, offered me snacks, and made me feel completely comfortable.
