Esti at the Covent Garden branch is amazing! I’m a new client and yesterday I had the best cut I’ve ever had. Esti talked me through my ideas and made some suggestions, and the result was so much better than I expected. The salon has a nice, informal atmosphere. Thank you so much to the entire staff at the Covent Garden location. I had such a wonderful appointment. From the moment I walked in, throughout my service and when I checked out, I felt completely taken care of! I was a little nervous to visit a new stylist because I have very curly, long and thick hair. I emailed the salon prior to my appointment to see if the stylist felt comfortable with my hair type and the salon replied back that she was capable and happy to work with me. Evie was absolutely fantastic! She had a thorough consultation with me and did a fabulous job! She was professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

What an incredible experience! My friend and I visited yesterday for the Ultimate Blow Dry and treatments. From the moment we stepped into the salon to the moment we left we were put at ease and treated with care and attention to detail. My stylist, Karolina was so skilled and did an amazing job in making my normally, unruly curls look fabulous. My friend was also delighted with the skill and care of her stylist, Wendy. I had the most amazing experience with Wai at Trevor Sorbie Covent Garden and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my cut. I’ve received so many compliments since, and for the first time ever my hair is genuinely easy to style. What really set Wai apart was the time and care she took to truly listen to me. She really made the effort to understand what I wanted. That level of attention made all the difference, and the result is a cut that feels perfectly me. If you’re looking for someone who combines serious skill with thoughtfulness and great communication, I couldn’t recommend Wai more. Hands down one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had.

Very welcoming from the start. Lovely reception manner at the Covent Garden salon and was booked in with Harry for the first time who was charming and very attentive. He listened, advised and created a flattering short cut as well as advising on future possibilities. Great experience and thank you Harry!
