Clean shop, everyone was friendly and enthusiastic. I got piercings and the piercer was satisfactorily thorough in making sure everything was clean and sterile. As well, they made the process comfortable and easy. Lastly, they provided detailed instructions and suggestions for the piercing hardware, demonstrating their knowledge and expertise.
