Tess is so very knowledgeable I appreciate her honesty. She doesn’t push treatments that don’t/wont benefit me and my goals. She has been honest about treatments that would make her money but not suit me. Between her and Laurie Champagne in the same office, they set me up on a plan and know what my goals and needs are and set me up in a treatment plan. I love Tess!

I am fairly new to TRU and aesthetics in general, but so far, every interaction I have had with Tess has been amazing. Ever since I went into surgical menopause a few years ago, I am noticing changes in my skin that I want to address. She makes me feel extremely comfortable in what she recommends. She explains everything step by step on what she is doing and she has such a bubbly personality that you forget (kind of) what she is even doing.
