This has to be my favorite tattoo shop in Austin! I've seen two different artists and they were both amazing! Shout out to Nixie and Batty for not just being great artists but stellar humans. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone trying to get some quality work!

This studio popped up on every list I looked up for 'best tattoo studios in Austin'. Before that, I was already recommended this place by my best friend based on a referral she received for the kind of tattoo I was looking for after asking around. During a walk in visit, one of the artists present at the time recommended I get in touch with Owl for my idea. Owl was easy and quick to communicate with. He invited me for a consultation and really took to my idea and inspiration very well. He did not just nail the brief but he basically smashed it out of the park and how. I'm so thrilled and excited to have worked with him. I'm really looking forward to my second session tomorrow. It was a fun experience and the wait to find the right artist and studio was really worth it. With 17 years of experience under his belt, Owl is super talented, friendly and fun to talk to. He has a very light hand and not that any tattoo won't hurt at all, but he made the entire experience one worth remembering. I sincerely recommend him to anyone looking for their dream tattoo. The studio is clean and quiet and has a nice comfortable setup with many talented artists.

CUTEST LITTLE SHOP! I walked in without an appointment for matching tattoos for my friend's birthday (it was my surprise gift to her) and Bert was the perfect person for the job! Bert was very patient, funny, understanding, and most importantly did GREAT WORK! We loved the experience and now we will remember it for the rest of our lives. Thanks Bert and True Blue!

I had the best experience at True Blue Tattoo (Airport Blvd.). I called for a walk-in appointment and they got me in right away. The shop was very clean and everyone was so friendly. Nixie did my tattoo and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. She made sure I was happy with design, sizing, and placement before starting. I've been wanting a marigold for awhile, but wasn't happy with most drawings. Nixie nailed it right away. The colors are perfect and I'm in love with my tattoo. Will definitely be back and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a warm, clean, and professional tattoo experience.
