About True REST Float Spa

Columbus residents find True REST Float Spa a source of deep relaxation. The spa focuses on float therapy, also called sensory deprivation, in individual pods designed to minimize external stimuli. Because the pods reduce gravity's effects on the body, muscles relax, and the mind enters a meditative state.

Visiting True REST Float Spa involves a specific process designed for optimal results. The customer first showers, then enters a personal float pod filled with Epsom salt water. Because of the high salt concentration, one floats effortlessly. After the float, another shower rinses the salt away. The staff provides a calm environment, aiding in relaxation from start to finish. For additional therapeutic benefit, they also provide hot stone therapy Columbus.

True REST distinguishes itself by targeting athletes needing accelerated recovery and individuals seeking stress relief and detoxification. Because it emphasizes float therapy, it offers a unique wellness option compared to traditional spas. With a strong customer rating based on numerous reviews, the business demonstrates its ability to meet client expectations consistently, indicating a high level of trust within the community.

Customer Reviews for True REST Float Spa

Jason Ragland — 5/5 (via Google) Mar 4, 2026

I came in for stress, and as a first-time floater, this is exactly what I needed. As a nurse, working on night shift, and high acuity of patients this winter, taking care on my physical and mental is a must to provide the quality care patients, and their families, deserve. This is something every person should consider, and definitely my fellow nurses.

Taira Johnson — 5/5 (via Google) Feb 26, 2026

The float spa was amazing. My wife and I needed this time to relax and decompress. Lex was so helpful and made sure we were taken care of.
