It’s very relaxing. Staff are nice and welcoming, it’s a dim lighting with essential oil diffusers, comfortable seating, warm air temperature, etc.. They have an orientation video that explains the float process, which I appreciate. Then they take you on a tour and explain the process verbally which I also appreciate, then your float begins. They give you time before and after your float to shower, time that isn’t included in your float time which is great. The doors lock, the showers and pod are clean and comfortable. Honestly there wasn’t anything I could say that was wrong. You can control the lighting in the pod and the lid of the pod. There’s also an intercom in the pod should you need anything.

A quaint little float spa! As a first timer, your hostess will get you all set up in a little room off to the side where you'll watch a short video explaining what "floating" is all about, how it came to be a thing and what to expect during and after. The hostess really makes an effort to make sure that every moment you are in the establishment, you are made to feel comfortable! A+ in customer service! The entire place is set up in a manner that is meant to be relaxing and peaceful! Dim lights Himalayan salt lamps, you get the idea. You get your own room completely to yourself that has its own shower with a rain head and your own float pod! If you've never experienced a float, I believe it's something that every person needs to try at least once!! It was a lovely experience and absolutely relaxing. 1000lbs of Epsom salt really does make you float! It really is its own kind of feeling. You just have to experience it for yourself! You can float in the nude or in a bathing suit but why wouldn't you do it in the nude when you have your own room and the door is locked! There's speakers underwater in the pod and you'll start off your float with soothing very soft music that will gently fade out over several minutes. You can choose to float in the complete darkness by killing the light or you can choose to leave the light on which is a beautiful glowy blue. I did half the float with the light on and the other half with it off. I wanted to experience both. When your float is over you'll shower and then go to this little section. They call the Oasis room where there's an oxygen bar and as a first-time guest you get to use the oxygen bar at no charge just to get a feel and you have hot tea before you leave. I got a coupon on Groupon for 50% off and it was a great deal! It would make the perfect unique gift for that person that's always hard to buy for! Anyone would love this experience! Float on!

I did my first float yesterday, and honestly… it was way cooler than I expected. When I walked in, the staff was super chill. They explained everything step by step (earplugs, shower, lights, what to do if salt gets in your eyes). I felt like I actually knew what I was doing before I got in the pod, which helped a lot. Once I got in, the feeling was wild. You just lay back and instantly float, no effort at all. At first, I messed around with the lights and music, but once I got comfortable, I could feel my neck and shoulders finally relax. I’ve had tension there for weeks, and it just melted away. Not gonna lie, a couple spots where I shaved did sting a little, but they gave us jelly for that and it wasn’t bad. After a few minutes, I zoned out completely — like somewhere between daydreaming and meditation. When I came out, I felt lighter and clearer than I have in a long time. My headache from the night before was gone, and my back/neck pain wasn’t bothering me anymore. That night, I slept like a rock. Afterwards, we hung out in the lounge with tea and oxygen therapy. It was a nice way to come back down to earth without rushing. The staff was awesome: shoutout to Jackie :) she was great! All in all, I’d say it’s 100% worth trying. Whether you’re stressed, sore, or just need a mental reset, floating is something I’ll definitely be doing again.

Such a wonderful experience! I came here with my wife at the recommendation of a friend, who is an experienced floater and gifted us some of his vouchers to use with him. We prepared as best as we could as per directions (i.e: not shaving the day of, having a light snack before coming) which ensured we had a great time. We were the last appointment for the night, which meant our group had a lot of privacy and attention from our float assistant, Jackie. She was very attentive to walk us through the process and make sure we understood everything and felt ready. As many other first time floaters, I had a difficult time fully relaxing, but the experience of total privacy and calm was amazing even without the ability to fall asleep. The lights were very comforting, and the temperature was perfect. The oxygen bar after the float was lovely as well, and our group had a great time reading the journals and writing our own entries, enjoying a cup of tea to finish our relaxation. I highly recommend this place - the following days after the float, I've woken up with a lot of energy and in a great mood. Excited to come again!
