Customer Reviews for True REST Float Spa – Old Orchard

This was my first time experience. It was really amazing. You were welcomed guided through what we are going to expect. We were taken in and explained what the process is going to be like. You get it you get an individual room in the pod. Do you know if you actually Float. For me I loved the first 30-35 minutes of the experience, but then I was wanted to come out of the water. But I stayed. Your room has the shower and once you get dressed up across the hall, there is a prep room and you can blow dry your hair, do your makeup if you want to. Then you get into the relaxation room and you have option to read or color books or do some activity. And then we had 10 minutes of oxygen therapy, which is supposed to stimulate your brain. They’re really care about the customer experience. Me and my husband went for the same time, and we had a wonderful experience in a highly recommend this

My husband and went here for a little relaxing self care and we thoroughly enjoyed the new experience. The owner greeted us as we entered and gave us a tour of the location, offered us tea or water and we watched the video and then was escorted to our separate rooms where we shower and then enter the pods. Every was nice and clean. It was a truly relaxing experience. A must try at least once. We will be back.

very relaxing experience. definitely something everyone should treat themselves to when they can. the staff is very friendly, the Float Pod itself was unique with different colors you can float to with soft transient music. highly recommend treating yourself to this experience

I’ve been twice now and both times the staff, space and floats have been great. The private rooms with the pods were super clean and the water temp was perfect. A friend and I were able to relax with water and tea afterwards in the lounge area before heading back into our days. We both noted that we felt really relaxed and that carried over into the next day and beyond. Highly recommend floating and doing it more than once!

Had a great experience at True Rest float spa. Ok, it's in a strip mall...but parking is free and once you go inside it's full spa vibes. They were super helpful and everything is clean. I had done a float years ago and this was sooo much nicer. The float itself is so relaxing. You can have music while you float or just enjoy the silence. There's even an intercom to talk to the front desk in case you change your mind part way through (as I did) or if you need anything. I'll absolutely be returning and my son, who has some anxiety is going to try it too. Highly recommended!
