Ive been going to this place for years i love Kim and her family. I always get treated well and with respect. Today 3/6 not so much i had a pedicure my nails and lashes done. Kim asked Rose if she had time to do my lashes. She then turned around and said oh no she dont like me referring to me. She had a pretty nasty attitude which i havent seen rose in over a year for her to have a remark like that. I said it was my lashes and she perceeded to tell kim she dont like me she told me that herself. And then said oh well if you want to give me another chance and i said not with an attitude like that Ive never felt that way at a nail shop before. Kim of course took care of me with no issues ive been there long enough not to be treated this way. I will never ask for rose or ask her to do any work for me at this point. But i will continue to see kim and sammie and the others. But very disappointed with how Rose spoke to me today and she shouldnt speak to anyone else this way. I will continue to book and see Kim but i was very unhappy today!
