I have been seeing my hairdresser, Amber, at this salon for many years and before it changed ownership. Amber is truly one of a kind! My hair is thick and coarse and not easy to manage, but Amber’s expertise, care, and attention to detail means I always leave feeling pampered and with my hair looking fabulous. Since Casey took over the salon, it has been taken to the next level with a beautiful fit-out, excellent client care, and a great range of reasonably priced products and services. Nanoplasty treatments have been life-changing for me, improving the health and appearance of my hair and making it so much easier to style and manage myself. The entire team at Tuca salon are lovely, and the atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and friendly. I also really appreciate the salon’s sustainable, eco-friendly, and kind approach. I always enjoy my appointments and feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful hairdresser and salon. I will definitely be a forever client and highly recommend!

Casey the store owner always understands my hair care, needs and wants even after our very first appointment. I now walk in and I don’t even have to explain what I am after, she always understands and nails it. The hair prices are so affordable and surprisingly so are the hair care products!! She has an incredible memory and actively listens during your appointment. Casey is super understanding, very flexible and accommodating if you need to change your appointment. A before and after photo are attached as well!!

This salon has such a beautiful atmosphere! All the staff were so lovely and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door 😇 Eden gave me a bouncy blow wave, for a girl with curly frizzy hair it was sleek, full of volume and lasted almost a whole week 🤍

I had nanoplasty, hair colouring, and blow-dry done at Tuca Salon and I’m very happy with the results. The staff were kind, polite, and patient. I contacted the manager several times and she was always responsive, respectful, and helpful.

Wonderful salon with very friendly staff, I go at least monthly and have never been disappointed. Mainly have Jem but have had most of the other girls at some stage and trust every one of them. And the wash chairs are hands down the most comfortable I have ever experienced, even when massager isn't going. Have recommended to my friends and family and will continue to do so
