I got a GREAT haircut, and the best beard trim I've ever had. I literally do not think I have one beard hair out of place, which is seriously impressive considering my scraggly facial hair. If you could've seen the before and after, you would not think I was the same person. My SO's jaw about hit the floor. Even our dog was sniffing me like she didn't recognize me at first! There's a real level of care here. I mean, before taking off the cape thingy, they came out with a little handheld vacuum, which was so that no clippings would fall into my shirt and make me itchy....which is something I have always loathed about haircuts, but just assumed went with the process. That has got to be the most thoughtful thing I have ever seen a barber do, and I would probably go back for that alone. 5/5, would go again. Only complaint is I didn't get to meet their cat!

Best hair cutting experience by far. This was my first time going to a barber shop rather than a hair salon and it was amazing. I felt so calm and listened to. Voss is great and I loved chatting. would absolutely recommend, voss is both friendly and accommodating. very skilled in cutting all types of hair; it was a relief to finally have somebody who knows how to work with asian hair. impeccable customer service overall, very down to earth and personable.

One of the best cuts I've ever had, and I've been to a lot of barber shops all over the world in my travels. Voss is an absolute artist. They are really nice, friendly, and the perfect amount of chit chat. I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
