Natalie is truly one of the best hairdressers I have come across in any major city in the world. Her understanding of hair is exceptional, her colouring is brilliant, and her cutting skills are magnificent. The blow-dries are absolutely superb. Beyond her incredible talent, Natalie is one of the loveliest people you could ever meet. Her genuine care for her clients is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Nathalie is the best hairdresser I have had. She always listens to what I want and does colour and cutting brilliantly. She is also delightful and a pleasure to see every week. I look forward to me appointments with her. Cannot recommend her more highly!

Super friendly. Took lots of care. I requested a balayage. Didn’t really receive balayage rather an all over effect. Tiger stripes at front. Colourist said to wait a few weeks and once it grew out it would look good. As someone said “the colour is ok, you just have to hide the tiger stripes”

I went to Q for the first time and couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel completely at ease - everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I have very curly, bushy hair, and finding someone who really understands how to cut and style it can be tricky, Q did an amazing job with the cut, colour, and blowdry. Also thank you for looking after my big pooch Saka :) I’ll be back soon!

I changed hairdressers when Nico left (a long time ago) and a new one was opening in the Power Station which I thought I would try - due to not being able to fit me in and also bumping into Baggio the other day I thought I would book Uffizi as I am away this weekend. Wow Davide was brilliant - so friendly and such a skilled stylist. I absolutely love my hair and I am now returning to my original hairdressers. Thanks again Davide for working your magic!
