I’ve been going to Cesar at Underground Cutz and it’s more than just a haircut — it’s an experience. He listens, makes solid recommendations, and makes sure you leave confident. The shop has a great vibe and you can tell he’s built something special. Supporting barbers like this who care about their craft and community just makes sense. Appreciate you, Cesar.

Moved to Wisconsin 4+ years ago. Went on an adventure, stumbled across underground , have been going ever since it has that old school barber shop vibe with just the guys hangin out talkin, short wait for a fresh clean crispy cut, , Ceaser makes ya feel like family, I don’t think he has a customer that hasn’t come back time and time again that he doesn’t remember. If you need a life time barber, or just a quick cut . This is the go to place

Amazing service! We had a gentleman who did a design cut on my 10 year old. Amazing artistic talent. We will be back and would recommend anyone looking for a top notch Barber to come here!

Great place. Clean and very welcoming. Julian does an amazing job and I highly recommend. Also loved to see the owner cutting hair and taking the time to teach his younger employees "Tricks of the Trade".

This place is an institution - provide super high quality hair cuts but with a welcoming community feel. It's as much a community gathering spot as it is a top quality barber shop. I love that Cesar and his team DON'T take reservations. It means patrons get to meet other patrons, share stories, and enjoy the hospitality. Spectacular spot. And César sets a welcoming, relaxed vibe.
