Thanks for a lovely experience today. It's been over a year since I've visited Unique, due to family commitments... But visiting today, felt like I was there last week. I was greeted by my name and given coffee and a biscuit on arrival. I had a wonderful head massage during my shampoo and even had the luxury of a soft neck support, for extra comfort. Kirsten was amazing, as usual. She did my hair just to my liking. We also had a lovely chat and she remembered what we spoke about over a year ago. Going to the hairdressers at Unique is so much more than a haircut. It's a holistic, therapeutic experience. Thank you ladies.

Aleesha was excellent, she listened carefully to what I wanted and made suggestions. I am extremely pleased with the cut and she finished it beautifully. The young lady who washed my hair was also very nice. Altogether a relaxing experience.

Always such a lovely pampering experience. Sharon always asks if I've been happy with my cut and colour gives me great advice if I fancy something different. The cut and finish was perfect, as usual. Excellent service. Aleesha always does a great job, she gives good advice on what will work for my hair type. She offers products but is not pushy and I get a nice coffee during the cut.

Always made to feel so welcome, taken through to little lounge area and offered a drink. Informed hairstylist will be with you shortly, never taken through to saloon area after my appointment time. All staff acknowledge you, if any of the staff see you have finished your drink they always ask if you would like another.
