Came here on a recommendation from Yusen Spa. I had a recolour, wash, and blow-dry. While the English wasn’t great, the colourist matched my colour perfectly. It’s all in the details — cream around the hairline, ear caps, blotting paper, and an amazing rinse-off with a relaxing head massage. I highly recommend this salon. The service was better than any high-end salon I’ve been to.

I've been coming here since Upa very old location opposite the trams for eyelash extensions, then inside metro for hair colouring and now at your brand new location which feels so much nicer and great to see the expansion and how much the business has grown since. I've had my hair done a few times by Aiho in the past and eyelash extensions recently, every single time the ladies here have been so friendly, welcoming and done such great jobs with what I've asked for.

I came in last week and was greeted with beautiful smiles and warm welcomes from all the staff. Lily cut my hair and she understood everything I was wanting and did it perfectly. I haven’t felt this pretty in so long and I receive compliments everyday ❤️ This was my first time here and definitely not my last, thank you!!

Had my hair done with Hikaru today. She did a fantastic job with giving me exactly what I wanted. I recommend this salon than the others because they give you a quote before they do your hair. The other salons I went before would charge extra for stuff you didn't ask for. Been here 3x and every experience has been amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
