Been with Mimi for over a year and loving it! My eyes are very sensitive but have never had a reaction with her. Highly recommend LED with Mimi. Lashes pictured after 1 week in photo.

My first time here and got Dip and pedicure. Tony did a great job with my nails and Tracy did my pedicure, liked the 5 mins massage. Clean place, and even though my tech was sick they accommodated me with them and no wait time. Ivy the manager is very nice and tries to help. Will be coming back!

I went here 5 years ago and had a terrible experience so I decided I wouldn’t come back. However, it’s close to my house so I decided to give it one more try- after 5 years. I couldn’t be more impressed!! Ivy, the owner, is so kind and professional. The whole place is warm, inviting, clean and my nails honestly look better than they’ve ever looked and that says a lot because I regularly do my nails. I love this place and am so glad I decided to give it another try. I absolutely will be coming back and recommending it to everyone.

I've been coming to Urban Lash and Nail Spa for a couple years and have experienced the change in ownership. I know that can be hard for many clientele who have been here for a long time and add staff changes - it's hard. If this is you, please keep reading. Most of you may or may not know who Scott is, he's the new owner. He's also the one that usually answers the phone & is up front, he can be a little reserved, but he absolutely LOVES his business and is working hard to make it a place that everyone loves and wants to come back to time after time. I will say, my first visit here when it was the old owners was not good at all, my nails lifted & were breaking off in less than a week. Know what I did? I called and asked for the owners. I explained what was happening and asked for them to fix my nails, I was polite and respectful when communicating so that they could understand what happened. We figured out my nail beds are wide & flat and the nail technician just needed to adjust their technique. Ever since I know to communicate with the person doing my nails that they lift easily to make sure they are great! I can regularly wear my nails for 3-4 weeks with no issues now and I'm pretty rough. Of course there will still be one here & there that doesn't make it. But we're human and not perfect. If you have any issues with a service, please tell Scott as soon as possible - especially if you haven't left yet. It's his responsibility as an owner to train & manage his staff.
