My wife and I came here for pedicures. Absolutely fantastic experience. Very relaxing and they did a great job. Complementary diet Coke and water also. They were not rushed, took their time with the foot & leg massage, and they were very gentle. Place was very clean with nice massage chairs.

Jen and Lili were very sweet, attentive and detailed. We had a healthy conversations and a detailed pedicure. Overall a good experience at the Urban Nail location in Dallas. I wish they had them in other places. We even got some adult beverages. Lisa did my face wax and was very detailed and gave me white glove treatment to my sensitive face. Thank you ladies. YOU ARE AWESOME.

I just moved from Chicago and have been looking for a nail spot. My daughter and I went. She got the little girls treatment and I was really impressed by how they took their time and didn’t rush her service, she got a scrub and a foot massage too. I got a gel French pedicure and French gel full set and they took their time to make sure I loved how my nails look. My feet look brand new. Everyone was super friendly also. Will definitely make this our new spot.

ETA: I still think about this service and how I have not had a pedicure as good as the one Jenny provided since visiting Dallas. I will 100% make an effort to visit Urban Nail Bar should I head back to Dallas this year. Excellent! 10/10 would recommend. I am from out of state and needed a fill and pedicure. I asked at the hotel and they suggested Urban Nail Bar as they take walk-ins and were relatively close by. Parking was a little tricky, but I'm also not familiar with Dallas and all parking in Dallas seems tricky 😂. Once I found a lot it was just up the block and around the corner to the shop. The staff was welcoming. They set me up and offered me a list of beverages. I enjoyed a Diet Coke and had the most beautiful nail fill done by Tom. He took his time and they came out lovely. Jenny did my pedicure and it was fantastic! She didn't rush a single step and it even included a shoulder massage which was a very relaxing was to end our service! I felt valued, pampered and both services turned out lovely. Price seems to be in line with what I pay in Minneapolis. Highly recommend both the nail bar and the nail artists Tom and Jenny!!

UPDATE; although I’m keeping my review below, The lovely owner did reach out to me and I am very pleased with the way she handled the situation. I do plan to give them another try. Iris is great! She did my full set the very first time I came here, as well as the last two times and I haven’t had any complaints or issues! She is very friendly and gives me just what I want every time! Unfortunately, this last time around, my pedicure was not as good. I came in the next day just to get a polish change because the polish did not dry well and looks messy. They wanted to charge me $12 for this when I literally was just there the day prior and paid $50. My pedicure itself wasn’t even done well (which I wasn’t even going to complain about at first,) I still have so much dead skin on the bottom my feet and my toes just looks a mess like I never had them done. I am very disappointed with the customer service here and although I love Iris, I will not be back.
