Beauty Concepts did an AWESOME job on my daughter’s hair!!! I booked the last minute appointment 2 days before the date. They were able to accommodate my appointment at 8am and we were done by 11:30am! My daughter loves her knotless individual braids and experienced no pain!! We will definitely be using their services again. Thank you!!!

Pauline and Eva did an excellent job on my daughter’s hair today. The day started rough with a previous employee, but Pauline jumped in and saved the day. She was nice, kind, friendly and very helpful. I’ll definitely go back next month to see Pauline and Eva before my daughter head to college.

Marcelle was very nice. She’s very sweet and caring. She made sure I was comfortable and didn’t have an issue when I told her the braid didn’t look even, she was as more than willing to fix the flaw I saw. She did the design way better than the design I showed her for the look. I will definitely be back to Beauty Concepts for my next style. Thank you Marcelle!🫶🏾 The establishment is very clean and spacious.
