Sarah is just the best. Supportive and kind, she truly listens to what you’re seeking and has given me gentle care that has honestly revolutionized my extremely, extremely sensitive skin. Everyone greets you like an old friend, all the products are high quality and clean and I feel at home. They scan your skin and show you areas of interest and then after active treatments, show you an update of your progress! It’s the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I had a great experience at Vela! The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I did the Skinpen microneedling treatment and had many questions for Sarah. She answered them all with ease and made me feel comfortable with the treatment. She was thorough with talking me through aftercare and had some great recommendations for me to achieve my skin care goals. I’m looking forward to my next appointment with Sarah!

I’ve seen Sofia for multiple skincare treatments at Vela, and I genuinely can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly customizes each treatment to what my skin needs in that moment. I especially loved my series of Aerolase NeoElite laser treatments for improving my skin tone and fading pigmentation and sun spots. I noticed a visible difference in brightness and clarity of my skin. Every appointment feels relaxing but results-driven, and I always leave with glowing, healthier-looking skin. What a beautiful retreat this place is! I was walking around town and stopped in because it just seemed so inviting! The lovely Lauren greeted us at the door and showed us around, explaining all the services that were available and could run through every product sold. I wasn't getting a service but ended up buying an eye cream that Lauren sold me on! I was able to view the treatment rooms and if we were spending more time in the area, a service here would definitely be on my list! They have everything from facials to peels and acne treatments, even some Botox mid-day specials! The city is so beautiful and welcoming, we will definitely be back and Vela will be a stop I'll be making!
