Two weeks ago, I decided on an end of year treat and booked a treatment at Velora Head Spa. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm sweet tea which I enjoyed in the comfortable reception area. I was moved to a foot soak station where I filled in the form; they are fastidious about ensuring their massage pressure meets expectations and encourage honesty. While the space is small, multiple treatments are possible with curtains separating each space. They speak softly and play relaxing music, meaning they can curate an atmosphere of calm. I changed into a sleeveless dress (available in small and large) - I'm on the bigger side and it fit me without concern. I opted for the premium head spa as it included a head spa, massage, and facial. The therapists are wonderful -- the massage, the scalp treatment, the facial was all beautifully applied. Pressure was perfect, my shoulders are so tense and the massage was excellent. My hair and scalp were so clean afterwards. I added in a brow wax and tint and was so happy with their care and the result. I walked out feeling so relaxed that I just wanted to take a nap. They even have a return reward punch card where your fifth treatment is reduced. Thank you so much to the team at Velora, I will definitely be back.

My new favourite place to go for a self-care day. I chose the essence head spa which was luxurious to say the least. They were clean and aesthetic and staff were so friendly. Upon arriving, I was given tea and a foot soak. During the head spa, I also received an upper body and arms massage. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Velora

My wife and I recently enjoyed the Deluxe Head Spa at Velora, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The 70-minute treatment which included a relaxing facial, neck, shoulder, and foot massage left us completely rejuvenated. The spa is immaculate, brand new, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, using high-quality products with great care. A special mention to Phuong, the co-founder, whose meticulous attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets Velora apart. The location is easy to find, just a short walk from West Ryde Station, with plenty of parking nearby. It’s a fantastic, affordable place for premium spa treatments, and we’ll certainly be returning regularly.

I decided to come to Velora Head Spa on my day off and get my essence hair spa done. All the staffs are friendly and soft spoken. I was welcomed with a warm sweet drink which is very refreshing. All the service provided (foot spa, hair spa and foot massage) are outstanding. The therapist is professional and honest. The massage is on point even though she is still in the training. The area is clean and tidy. Most importantly, my hair smells so good afterwards 🤩 The price for all services are very reasonable and extra 5% off if you pay cash. I would definitely come again ❤️
