I’ve never really been loyal to one hairdresser… until Venera. Jess has been cutting my hair for the past three years and she is truly exceptional. I have a lot of hair, and she is always so patient, gracious, and meticulous. She not only gives a fantastic cut every time, but consistently makes the effort to improve the condition of my hair and make sure I leave feeling my absolute best. The entire team is wonderful — such a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. And a special shoutout to Venera herself for creating such a brilliant salon. Without question, the best salon in Hampstead / Belsize Park.

I've been coming to Venera for five years since she opened. Besides the wonderful hair colour, cut, blow drys, head massage etc., the whole experience is fabulous. It's an oasis of calm and a real treat to take time out of the day and enjoy the atmosphere and service. Always welcomed with a good coffee and a smile, the whole team give the best client service and experience. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Venera is by far the best hairdresser I’ve ever had in London. Since going there I’m always complimented on my haircut. She always does exactly what I want - but better. All the staff are lovely and professional which makes a salon visit an absolute pleasure. Many of my friends and family are now loyal clients. Can’t recommend Venera enough! Brilliant 👌🏼

Hi guys! I used to work in the neighbourhood of this place, i noticed this place and how busy it used to be, so i decided to get my haircut done after 7-8 months of seeing this place. Well, i got the best haircut. Her name is JESS, and she is kind so is Venera (the owner). I'm happy with the service and money i paid for sure! Worth it!!
