I’ve been going here for quiet a while now and I seriously have not met a better staff and wonderful environment. All the ladies are extremely pleasant to talk with and most importantly feel comfortable around. Walk in to be greeted by the smiling faces at the desk and the wide variety of clothing, shoes or nick nacks around the store. Venus & Venom is super clean, you can totally tell they take such good care of the spa. I go here for laser hair removal && it’s been working phenomenally. There’s also 1 year of maintenance after your last session just Incase there are some persistent hairs trying to hang around. I would recommend this spa 100% to friends && family.
Shea Berger — 5/5 (via Google)
I came in to get a consult done on laser hair removal and met with Victoria. Unfortunately, after the consult and a quick test, she determined that laser wouldn't be very effective for my hair color. She was very honest about it and didn't try to sell me on something that might work but probably wouldn't; she also gave me some alternatives to look into that Venus & Venom doesn't offer. I really appreciate a business that puts what's best for the customers ahead of selling a service that might not be right for them! I will recommend this place for anyone who wants to see if laser hair removal's a good fit, and I'll be back if any of their other offerings are something I'm looking for in the future.
