From the minute you walk in to when you leave Venus and her staff give you the perfect salon experience. Always very accommodating The vibe is the salon is always fun, I look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend!!!

I visited Venus Nail Design and Beauty in Airport West this afternoon for a shellac pedicure and it was my first time there — I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere and energy are so welcoming and relaxing from the moment you walk in. The staff are genuinely friendly and actually take the time to talk with you, which makes such a difference. They even offered bubbly or water, which was a lovely touch. My pedicure was amazing, honestly the best job I’ve ever had done. The technician took her time and made sure everything was perfect. It wasn’t rushed at all, and you can really tell they care about the quality of their work. My toes look incredible! The salon itself is clean, glam and beautifully presented. The service is truly above and beyond, and I felt so comfortable and welcomed the entire time. Compared to some shopping centre salons where you feel rushed and there’s little to no customer service, this experience was on another level. I’ve definitely found my new nail salon and will absolutely be returning! Highly recommend 😊
