I visited Vibe Salon on 9/24, the day before my birthday, looking forward to a full hair service that included a wash, blow dry, flat iron, and cut. I was excited for a sleek, fresh look for my special day. My appointment started off well — my stylist, Xiara, seemed knowledgeable and we discussed my desired style: a long bob with layers. I even showed reference photos to make sure we were on the same page. The wash and deep conditioning were pleasant, but once we returned to the chair, the service began to fall short. Xiara started cutting my hair while it was still wet, which I’ve never experienced. During the blow dry, my friend noticed that the flat iron portion of the service was being skipped. When she asked, Xiara responded that it was just a blowout. During my consult we went over how I usually get both as certain people don’t know how to get it fully straight with desired volume. I was settled when she agreed, understanding that everyone doesn’t work well with my texture hair . With my thick and curly hair, high heat (blow dry & flat iron ) are necessary to achieve the sleek look I had requested. Xiara did end up using a flat iron however, it was to slightly curl the ends and try to smooth the root. I was surprised that I didn’t feel the heat from the flat iron or the blow dryer, if I’m honest I knew then it was going to be a hit or miss , but still remained hopeful. Xiara also suggested a chemical treatment to achieve a "frizz-free" look, which I found unnecessary and a bit offensive, as I know my hair and can achieve that look without chemicals. Unfortunately, I’ll now need to redo my hair on my birthday to get the look I initially wanted. I had high hopes for this experience, but I left feeling disappointed and unheard. ------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: I want to share an update on my recent experience at this salon. After a not-so-great visit a few days ago, the manager reached out and was incredibly understanding—going above and beyond to make sure things were made right. I had the pleasure of seeing Nicole this time, and she completely surpassed my expectations. I’ll admit, I had my own bias about who could really handle my curly, thick hair—but Nicole proved me wrong in the best way possible. From the start, she made me feel comfortable, never once making me feel like “the complaining client coming back.” Instead, she walked me through what I was unhappy with and focused entirely on how I wanted to look and feel leaving her chair, rather than dwelling on what didn’t work before. The result? I was blown away. My cut was sharp, precise, and styled to perfection. Nicole’s energy and skill honestly felt like sitting with a best friend who just happens to be a master stylist. I left feeling confident, cared for, and so grateful for the level of customer service and artistry. From the bottom of my heart—thank you, Nicole, and thank you to the salon for turning my experience around. I cannot wait to book my next appointment.

I got married on 9.12.25 and had the best experience with Vibe. I was recommended them by a close family member and could not be happier. All of the girls were so great and helpful. All of the girls in my entire wedding party had their hair done and everyone looked so good. Nicole is absolutely amazing and I look forward to working with her again!

I cannot recommend VIBE Salon enough, both for regular appointments and show-stopping bridal glam! I go to Jill regularly for my hair so it was an easy choice to have her team do my bridal party’s hair and makeup for my wedding and they BLEW IT OUT OF THE PARK!! My entire bridal party, including a flower girl, 7 bridesmaids and two mothers of bride/groom were speechless at how professional, talented, and kind all of the VIBE girls were. My party has various different hair types ranging from pixie cuts, to waist length, to natural curls, and the VIBE team worked beautifully and efficiently to get us all ready, accentuating everyone’s individual style, without any stress or chaos. Jill did my bridal up-do (which was a last minute decision from my end) and she didn’t even blink, but perfectly brought my vision to life. She is incredibly collaborative, skilled, and genuine - I wholeheartedly trust her and her process. Emily did my makeup and her skill is unmatched, she listened to my vision and offered her expertise to help guide our decisions and I COULDN’T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER! And best of all, on the morning of my wedding (which can get you anxious), the VIBE girls made it fun! Plus, all of our hair/makeup styles lasted from 8am to well past midnight. Don’t look any further - book VIBE!!!

I've been going to VIBE Salon for almost 2 years now and I'm always so pleased with my hair! Leah is so great with my hair and always executes exactly what I'm envisioning. The color is always perfect and blended so nicely, so it lasts and grows out great. Each time I come in I'm even happier than I was the last time. I just came in to have my hair colored for my birthday and just had come back the next week for Leah to style it again!!! I felt so confident! The atmosphere of the salon and the quality of the services I’ve had at VIBE has been amazing every time
