This review for Dr. Uba is long overdue as I have been a patient for many years. I highly recommend both her and her dedicated staff. The team consistently exemplifies professionalism, extensive knowledge, and genuine kindness, prioritizing patient well-being above all. Dr. Uba provides exceptional service, delivering quality work with consistently great results at competitive prices. Before discovering her practice, my previous experiences with Botox injections elsewhere were invariably painful. I have experienced none of that discomfort with her injection technique. A key aspect of her practice is her ethical approach: she offers expert recommendations for procedures that would genuinely benefit me without ever pressuring me into treatments or purchases I don't want or cannot afford. I had such a wonderful experience here! The customer service is outstanding — everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely takes the time to make you feel comfortable. What I really appreciate is how each client is treated with care and patience, never rushed, and everything is explained thoroughly before any treatment. The clinic looks absolutely stunning after the remodel — I’m including before and after photos because the transformation is truly beautiful! It’s such a relaxing and elegant space now. I’ve had both laser hair removal and Botox treatments, and the results have been amazing. My skin has never looked better, and I’m beyond happy with how natural and smooth everything turned out.
