Ellie was absolutely amazing! I came after school on Monday, September 22nd. The whole staff was so nice the minute we walked in everyone had smiles on their faces. We did have to wait for a good couple of minutes, but that’s expected with no appointment. Let me just say it was 100% worth the wait. Ellie was my tech and she was so sweet, conversed with me, and did such an amazing job! I’ve never been happier with my nails before. I got a polish removal, extensions, dip, and a design. I was expecting to pay so much more. I will be coming back for sure!

I always come here to get my nails and pedicure done with Hailey, and she always does an awesome job! The environment is nice and I always feel welcome when I enter the building. The complimentary drinks are great as well! However when I called to schedule an appointment today, the young lady that answered the phone doesn’t seem to have been trained in customer service because she answered the phone, saying a blank Hello! As if she was answering her personal phone. I had to ask if this was Villa Nail Spa and she answered saying yes! This is not my first time hearing someone answer saying just hello! The proper way to answer a business line, is to start out with the name of the company, so that callers will know who is on the opposite end of the call! Just wanted the manager to be aware! 🙂
