Miss Kay did such a good job! She was so fun and did exactly what we asked for our nails. She was easy to talk to and made us feel so welcome for our first time. Would definitely recommend was a bit pricey but I think worth it if you want anything done from a photo reference. Our nails turned out beautifully thank you!

Never a bad experience! I went back this evening after missing a fill due to vacation in RI. What a difference! I was so grateful to come back "home" to VIP to nails that don't chip less than a week after getting them, folks who listen to what I want (or need) as far as nail length, folks who are friendly and welcoming but also respect boundaries (no unwelcome back rubs like the place I went to in RI!), and an overall welcoming environment. I had a minor emergency this evening and needed to reschedule my appointment, and they were so kind during my panic attack. Then, when the crisis was averted and I was able to make the appointment after all, they graciously changed it back to this evening and were so kind about it. Definitely a great place to have my nails done and worth the money.
