I’ve been coming to VIP for over a decade and everyone is always so kind and does great work. Ive seen it through renovation and management changes but service is always wonderful. I came today with my mom and brother after months away! Left feeling great and met a new tech who was so lovely, along with a few faces. We all had a great time. Even my brother- who got his first manicure!

I've been going to this VIP location for a while. I usually go to David to get my nails done. He never disappoints! He takes his time and he's very creative with the French tip I usually like to get. This time I tried the liquid gel on my real nails and it turned out great! I also added some pics of my usually French tip that David did for me.

I had such a great experience with Tee! I showed her a few picture ideas, and she suggested what would look best. The final results came out so good and so pretty! She paid attention to every detail, and the nail art turned out even better than I expected. Highly recommend her if you want beautiful nails done right!

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at VIP Nail Salon. I went in with a deformed and slightly crooked nail, and I was honestly worried about how it would turn out. I asked specifically for nail correction, and they delivered exactly what I wanted. I got a Gel-X extension with a soft pinkish color, and after the extension and gel manicure work, my nails look absolutely perfect — you cannot tell at all that there was ever a crooked nail. The shaping, balance, and finish are flawless and very natural. On top of the amazing results, their customer service was excellent. The staff listened carefully, understood my concern, and took their time to make sure everything was done properly. The salon is clean, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend VIP Nail Salon to anyone looking for nail correction, gel extensions, or quality nail care.

I was excited to try this place because of all the good reviews but I am disappointed with my experience and outcome. When my technician was shaping my nail, I asked her to straighten some nails that looked crooked. I also showed her the design I wanted. Some of the glitter would clump to one side and I had to ask her to spread them out more when she asked if they looked good. I got tired of hovering and figured they would end up fine but the more I look at them, the more upset I get that I overpaid for the service. VIP mail sent a text asking if I was satisfied after my appointment and I responded with my concerns. I did not hear back so I tried calling. Their line was busy two times and I couldn’t leave a message. Edited from 1 to 4 stars. VIP’s managers reach out to me and offered to redo my nails with one of their top technicians. Kaylee reshaped some nails and used a different glitter.
