I’ve been coming here for a while now I love the service. You get free drinks whether you want a beer, margarita, or a Dr Pepper or just water they always have it cold for you . Every time I’ve came, the owner has been on site and takes care of everything. I’ll never go to a different place here in town all the places in Austin

Service has always been good, but ever since the new owners took over, the service has been EVEN BETTER!! Everyone is so friendly! They talk with you and make you feel right at ease. On top of that, I love how the new owners are very involved with the community. They have a wide variety of pedicures that are awesome and very reasonably priced. I am even thinking of trying their massage services. Will always continue to be a customer here!

Let me tell you guys the new owner and her staff are worth their weight in GOLD! Not only did they stay open past 7 to get my nails and toes done, but they took their time every step of the way! Vee did my nails and she helped save them. I have horrible nails but for the first time they grew out and she offered to do an overlay to save my own nails. She went above and beyond for me and I am so thankful!! Not one person has offered to save my nails in other salons and or taken the time to make them so beautifully perfect. Thank you guys for bringing new life to vip and surprising me with your phenomenal service🎉 you are top notch VEE and staff!!

Absolutely loved my experience here!! Ha did my pedi and wax and did such a great job, she was so sweet. Same with Andy, he did my mani and did it so quick and did such a nice job as well! The owners are so nice, shout out to Danny and Bella! Thank you all so much for your hospitality and kindness! Praise Jesus!

Beautiful salon, excellent work. I had a pedicure. I was greeted when I came in. Someone came over and asked me what I would like to drink and gave me a menu. The drinks are "on the house." Extra Services were offered besides my pedicure such as a shoulder massage which I appreciated knowing that they could do that. I declined but I have had it done before and it's wonderful. It was just a terrific experience today. It is every time I go! I also got a manicure this time.
