This was my first time going to visible changes. I came in as a walk in. Geno cut my hair last Friday and I recommend going to see him. He did such a good job fixing my uneven hair. He did magic. Today I went back for hair color, and London did such an Awesome job on my hair. She really listens and helps you make a decision on what color looks best and if you want highlights. Gabby did the shampoo and Luz did blow dry and styling and both of them did an amazing job. I recommend going to this place. It is a little pricey, but it is worth the money.

I literally live next door to the Houston Galleria Location however, make the commute to Willowbrook. Alex is by far the Most Amazing & Talented Hairstylist I have had the pleasure of working with. She has been my Stylist for over 6 years. Not only is she Incredibly Talented but is also very genuine and caring towards her guests. Do yourself a favor and come see Alex at Visible Changes Willowbrook. She is elevating the hair industry in Houston, Texas!

I recently made an appointment for my 12-year-old daughter, and when I booked, I was told the cost would start at $45 for children 12 and under depending on thickness of hair. However, when we arrived for the appointment, they tried to charge me $75. After asking if that was for a 12-year-old, they then lowered it to $60, excluding tips. My daughter already had hair above her shoulders, it’s thin, and wanted a pixie cut, which took less than 30 minutes to complete. When I called to request a detailed bill explaining the charges, I never received a clear breakdown or any explanation. This experience has left me frustrated. The pricing was unclear, and the lack of transparency or clear communication about charges makes me feel like they were not honest about their pricing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon based on this experience. Update (Nov 2025): I previously had an issue where I was overcharged for my daughter’s haircut and felt that the pricing wasn’t clearly communicated. I shared my experience in a review, and the salon later reached out to refund the difference. I appreciate that they took responsibility and corrected the mistake, it shows they care about their customers. Because they made it right, I’ll consider giving them another try in the future.
