About Vital Salon
Vital Salon reflects the kind of craftsmanship that used to define every business in Taunton. They offer far more than a quick trim; it's a full suite of hair services, from precision cuts and color correction to the balayage highlights so popular now. They also provide specialty treatments aimed at hair maintenance Taunton. Regulars know they can book everything from a simple blowout to a keratin treatment, always finished to a meticulous standard.
Stepping into Vital Salon is a treat any time of year, but especially welcome during the colder months. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, a welcome change from the Taunton specialty business's blustery weather outside. One is greeted by name, offered a beverage, and promptly seated, even when the place is bustling. Clients observe the stylists consult thoughtfully, execute precisely, and ensure satisfaction before they leave. Many have come to feel that they are being treated like royalty, which is a big part of the reason they keep coming back.
What separates Vital Salon from others is their consistent staff, who are not only skilled but also genuinely care about their clients' hair health. One sees the same friendly faces season after season, a rarity these days. They also seem to take real pride in remembering client preferences, from the strength of their tea to their preferred styling products. Customers can reach out by phone, email, or even through their social media channels for appointment bookings or any hair-related questions. It's this level of personalized service, coupled with their technical expertise, that keeps Vital Salon consistently booked and highly regarded by the Taunton community.

I have been to Vital several times for cutting and always was very happy. Yesterday was a bit special as I needed an urgent styling session for an impromptu professional event. How can you not be confident with such a cool hair style? 😎 Thanks Leila, and Vital staff for always going the extra mile.

100 thousand percent recommend Nicole! She was amazing and reassuring throughout, could not have had a better stylist for my first haircut in 7 years! We had great conversation throughout, and it was a very enjoyable and relaxed experience. Looking forward to my next appointment! Thanks, Nicole, enjoy your run and chicken wrap after tackling my mane! 🤣

Nick is amazing! What a talent, I went into the salon last Saturday with a mop for a haircut, after a disastrous cut elsewhere 8 weeks ago, I left feeling a million dollars, today I went back to have colour, well I am blown away! My hair has never looked or felt better! Highly recommend, what a welcoming, friendly, professional salon, I will never go anywhere else now, truly exceptional! Thank you
Tessa Hodges — 5/5 (via Google)
I came to Vital in need of quite a dramatic colour correction/change and some serious TLC and I'm so thrilled with the result. Nick did an incredible job and also took the time to explain the process and gave me a lot of information to help me understand my hair better. I would strongly recommend anyone to come here ...hair wizards! all staff are really friendly and professional too. Thank you so much, I'm in love with my hair! (photos show before and after)
