Customer Reviews for ViVa Nails Spa

Kris Lasserre — 5/5 (via Google)

I had a wonderful experience at Viva Nail Spa! The atmosphere is very enjoyable and relaxing, and the service was prompt and attentive from start to finish. My daughter and I tried their head spa and steam therapy, and it was incredibly relaxing. Such a unique and refreshing experience compared to a typical spa visit. We both left feeling pampered and refreshed. I highly recommend Viva Nail Spa if you’re looking for great service and something a little different!

I have been going to ViVa Nails Spa for about 4 years now and I dont think I will ever go anywhere else. I bring Emily my nail art designs and I have never brought her one she could not replicate. She is a genius and the entire staff is always wonderful. I have had pedicures and nail services done by other staff as well and they treat you like family. This is the best place in town I have ever been.

I came here with high hopes based on the reviews i read. overall the customer service was very good and the nail technician i had was very funny and personable. The two glitter nails did not turn out the way I asked for them to be but i did not complain because my nail tech did a very good job otherwise. despite not getting exactly what i asked for When i left i was optimistic that i had finally found a good and reliable nail salon in lubbock. however less than two days later, 3 of my nails have already popped off. I was not unusually rough on my nails. i’ve been getting dip power nails for years and typically they can last me 2-4 weeks if i’m careful enough with them. it’s just super disappointing because I liked my nails enough to go back and give them another try but it’s ridiculous that less than a week after i go almost half my nails have managed to just pop right off :( ( the photo of the glitter nail on the right is what I had originally asked for) UPDATE: the salon called me within an hour of me posting this review and asked when i could come in the get it fixed. they were really sweet and made sure i was happy every step of the way. i am so much happier with my set this time. clearly this business really cares about maintaining good relationships with customers and making sure they also give customers what they want. overall very happy with my experience at viva and I will definitely be back again! both of my nail techs were very sweet
