Frequently Asked Questions About Vivid Tattoo
How do I contact Vivid Tattoo in Knoxville?
- Potential clients should visit the business's official profile or website for the most current contact information. Because they are a small business, direct communication channels are usually monitored closely by the artists themselves. It is often best to send an initial message detailing your idea before calling, as this helps the team prepare for the conversation.
Are you open on weekends?
- The studio operates on Saturday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, but remains closed on Sundays. Because they are also closed on Mondays, weekend availability is limited, so checking the schedule in advance is advisable. Visitors should note that Saturday hours are shorter than weekday slots, which may affect appointment duration.
Do I need to make an appointment?
- Typically, tattoo studios operate by appointment to ensure artists have adequate time for complex designs. Because this shop offers onsite services, it is highly recommended to confirm walk-in availability directly with the staff. Generally, booking in advance secures a preferred time slot and allows for proper preparation of the space.

Customer Reviews for Vivid Tattoo
LAUREN BICKFORD — 5/5 (via Google)
I had an incredible experience getting my piercings done by Stephanie! She was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain every step before and after the piercing and we were laughing and joking the entire time. What really stood out was her exceptional aftercare service — she checked in to make sure everything was healing properly and gave clear, helpful advice to keep it looking great. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients’ experience from start to finish. If you’re thinking about getting a piercing, I couldn’t recommend Stephanie enough! You’ll be in great hands. 💎✨

Oh my goodness!!! I cannot fully express how much I love this shop!!! I currently have 4 tattoos done by Sarah (the most recent just a few months ago)…. and I’ll be adding more soon. The artists are talented professionals through and through, the shop is clean, they put you at ease, and so much more. A truly wonderful experience.

My girlfriend and I walked in before a holiday and worked with Stephanie to get a couples tattoo. She was extremely personable and easy to work with. Very professional and great experience. I will definitely be coming back for my own work and can't recommend highly enough!

My 17 year old daughter had been suffering from migraines for almost a year. We saw a neurologist and the treatment plan was to either medicate daily to prevent or medicate to alleviate at onset. We really did not want her on daily medication so we sought other treatments. At the recommendation of a friend we decided to do the daith piercing at Vivid Tattoo. I emailed Stephanie, Tattoo Artist and Piercer, at Vivid Tattoo and she immediately responded to my email. She was very prompt and thorough. My daughter and I made the hour and 15 minute trip to see Stephanie and it was well worth it. The place was very clean, Stephanie was a true professional. It was minimal pain and Stephanie communicated with my daughter the entire time to keep her informed and comfortable. She gave very clear care instructions and was absolutely the best I have ever seen. I am also proud to say that my daughter has been migraine free for almost 3 months now, when she was previously experiencing migraines at least twice a week. I would highly recommend Vivid Tattoo and Stephanie.

Jane took great care of my lil lobes today as she pierced some second gauges. She was super precise, making sure they were absolutely perfect! I love them and can't wait to size them up!
