He’s very attentive to your requests and needs, makes you feel comfortable and at ease from the get go. Also gave me really valuable advice for my hair texture. Alex is great, and he definitely is the best hair dresser I’ve had in a very long time. Each time I’ve been there, Alex understood exactly what I wanted, and did a wonderful job with my hair. He is always on time, friendly and welcoming. The massage chair is the most comfortable chair ever, you’re basically laying down flat while you get your hair washed, and get a neck and back massage 💆🏽‍♀️ Alex’s two doggies Peaches and Chico 🐶 are also part of the experience, as they greet you when you walk in. Looking forward to my next visit! Thanks again Alex 😊

I visit Alex like clockwork every month and get an amazing experience every time. My hairs were a mess the first time I went to him and since them he's been styling and keeping them in shape like a champ. He is very talented and makes hair styling look effortless, not to mention the amazing head massage after - overall, very satisfied and confident after walking out of K & Q.

Just finished my appointment with Alex, he cut my partners beard and my hair also. He did a great job on the beard! He layered my hair and styled it, and I really love the outcome. I appreciated the recommendations and lots of advice given to me on how to style my hair. Really lovely guy! Would absolutely go back if I lived in Sydney. And of course, the dogs made the trip!
