The front desk service was genuinely warm they even asked which language I preferred, which made the experience feel very considerate. The barber’s technique was reliable and I was happy with the final cut. Pricing leans slightly high, but still fair for the area.My only suggestion would be the interior: the shop is actually quite spacious inside, but the decor feels dated, the flooring （material）could be cleaner, and the lighting isn’t the most flattering. Overall, excellent service and competence, but the environment doesn’t reflect the quality of the staff.

Such a great service at the W Salon! I’m in love with my new hair! 😍😍😍 Can’t speak highly enough of their impeccable service, attention to detail, and professionalism. The hair master will make sure that they tend to your preferences and needs but also will provide their professional opinion, so in the end you can make an educated decision. They also explain every step along the way to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and to make sure you enjoy your time in the chair. I haven’t even noticed how time has passed! I love their washing beds as well as not every salon has such good amenities. My neck is grateful 😃 Definitely recommend +1,000,000 times to everyone, who wants amazing hair service, comfortable setting, and fun / interesting convos!

I'm just visiting Sydney so I wanted to treat myself to a simple wash and blow dry so I booked at W Salon as they're close to my hotel and they exceeded my expectations!!! Amazing customer service, so caring and I loved the experience of getting my hair washed and getting their hair treatment, it felt more like a day spa than a regular hair salon. They were also so gentle and careful with hair which I appreciate so much. Thank you so much for your amazing care, I'm looking forward to coming back to you next time I'm visiting Sydney :)
